100% Construction was, hands down, the best experience I’ve ever had with a roofing company. I recommended them to a dear friend, which says a lot and it’s all very good, and I will continue to recommend them. I think that’s the highest praise I can give. Also, I’m very fortunate to have met the owner, Chris Carr. Chris is honest, professional, efficient and courteous. There were no pressure or hard sale tactics. Ronnie, on-site manager for my home, reflected all of the qualities of his leader and went the extra mile. Chris is the best and his team reflects his leadership (again, a good thing). I would not hesitate to use 100% Construction again should the need arise!

Chase and 100% Construction did an awesome job on our roof replacement. It was our first time going through the process of roof inspection/replacement due to storm damage and Chase walked us through each step of the way. He helped to coordinate everything including the HOA approval and finalizing the correct payment from the insurance. He and his team made it an easy process and we're extremely happy with the quality of work. I would recommend them to anyone needing roof services/replacement.

Cody and 100% Construction are simply great. Answered all my inquiries including my requested rooftop meeting to discuss final details. Cody guided us through everything and made the entire process pain free as well as educational. This is our first roof replacement. The results speak for themselves. The new roof they put on looks amazing. It definitely improves the curb appeal and value of our home. Amazing work and craftsmanship. We'll be recommending 100% Construction to anybody that will listen.

Chris & Team were top notch! They worked on my behalf with the insurance company and adjusters to ensure all of our damage was identified on our claim. Kyle was the lead on our repairs and kept us informed all along the way. It was a lengthy process to have all repairs completed. We really appreciated the diligence and thoroughness of 100% Construction Team.

100 Percent Construction replaced our roof after it was damaged by high winds. They were great to work with from start to finish. They were professional, knowledgeable, and kept us informed throughout the project. They installed the Black Oak architectural roofing tiles and they look great. During the install they wrapped our house in a protective material, and covered the ground around the house, as well as our plants. I haven’t seen any other roofing companies do that. I highly recommend this company!

My roof was 15 years old and I desperately needed to get a new one before it reached 16 years. Kyle with 100% construction knocked on my door and explained that they would take care of the roof as well as all the things that come with it (permits etc). I gave him my business and it was probably the best decision I have ever made when it comes to major home repairs. Kyle was extremely communicative and made sure I thoroughly understood every step of the process and helped me with selecting the color and material. When it came time for the actual install it took them a total of two days, and I’m pretty sure it would’ve only been one if they didn’t have to get an inspection. I never write reviews but I wanted to make sure that 100% construction knew how happy I was with the whole process as well as how proud they should be to have an employee as reliable and personal as Kyle.

I could write a NOVEL about how incredible the team with 100% Construction in Jacksonville, FL is. Kyle and his team from the first inspection until the work was done were professional, reliable, honest and efficient. He walked with us through an almost 10 month process of submitting claims to insurance, waiting for funds, submitting supplmental reports to the actual roof replacement and even on the day of, took the time to ensure all of the areas on the roof that needed fixing were tended to (replacing rotted wood panels, extra work around the fire place, cleaning the gutters, blowing off the patio and walkways, quick pick up of remaining materials and dumpster). The attention to detail, the desire to ensure work was done and done well and the commitment to the job from this crew is truly unmatched. Kyle checked in throughout the entire process, helped us follow up on our claim with insurance for almost 6 months and as soon as money was received had our work scheduled within a few weeks. He was understanding of my schedule and ensure I felt prepared, informed on the day of- even brought my dog and I donuts and dog treats on the morning of the roof replacement. I truly cannot thank their team enough for their kindness, patience and guidance throughout this process - we are so grateful for 100% Construction and would recommend them to anyone and would use them time and time again if ever needed.

I highly recommend 100% Construction. After heavy wind and hail damage, we needed a roof replacement. Cody helped me through the entire process…working with the insurance company and my HOA. He was very patient with all my questions, always responsive and made things very easy for me. The new roof looks great!

100% Construction and specifically Cody Brasher were absolutely amazing throughout our entire roof replacement process assisting us every step of the way. This included going above and beyond in negotiating with our insurance company to ensure we got the service we needed. Once that was completed, the rest of the process went quickly with a knowledgeable and professional team working throughout our roof replacement. We couldn’t be more pleased. Customer satisfaction is their goal, and they definitely nailed it! We highly, highly recommend 100% Construction!!

100% Construction did an amazing job from start to finish. Cody Brasher came out and inspected my roof, worked with my insurance, and helped me through the entire process. This being my first time making a roof claim, he was super helpful. I have to commend whole crew. They were professional, fast, and very knowledgeable. 10 out of 10.
